This page describes how AP9 Engineering OÜ ships orders placed through ap9engineering.com. Shipping costs and available methods are also shown in the cart and at checkout before you confirm your order, so you always see the final total — including shipping and VAT — before paying.
1. Who delivers your order
All orders are shipped with Omniva, the Estonian national postal operator. For destinations outside the Baltics, Omniva may hand over the parcel to a partner carrier (for example Posti in Finland, DHL, or the destination country’s national postal service). This has no effect on your contract with AP9 Engineering.
2. Delivery zones and methods
We ship worldwide. Shipping methods and prices depend on the destination:
Estonia
- Omniva parcel machine — delivery to any Omniva self-service parcel machine in Estonia. You select the machine at checkout.
- Omniva courier to the door — delivery to the address you provide.
European Union (outside Estonia)
- Omniva parcel machine — available in countries where Omniva’s parcel machine network operates (Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, and selected others).
- Omniva international courier — tracked door-to-door delivery across the EU.
Rest of the world (US, UK, Australia, and others)
- Omniva international tracked service — delivered by Omniva’s partner carrier in the destination country. You will receive a tracking number once the parcel is dispatched.
3. Shipping prices
Shipping is priced as a flat rate per zone, with additional weight classes for heavier or bulkier parts. The exact rate for your order is calculated automatically in the cart as soon as a shipping address is entered.

All prices include Estonian VAT where applicable. For orders shipped outside the EU, no Estonian VAT is charged at checkout; import taxes in the destination country are the customer’s responsibility (see Section 6).
Note: If you are ordering a large or heavy item, the shipping price shown at checkout reflects the correct weight class automatically. Nothing is added after checkout.
4. Dispatch and delivery times
Dispatch (order → handed to Omniva)
We aim to dispatch stock items as soon as possible after payment is received. Most orders leave our workshop within a few business days.
Some products may be temporarily on backorder — this is indicated on the product page and in your order confirmation. Backorder items are dispatched as soon as the next production batch is ready; we will keep you informed by email if any additional time is expected.
In all cases, and in accordance with Estonian law (VÕS § 209 lg 6), orders are dispatched no later than 30 days from the date the contract is concluded, unless a longer lead time is clearly indicated on the product page or in the order confirmation.
Delivery (handed to Omniva → arrived)
Once your parcel is with Omniva, estimated transit times are:

These times are provided by Omniva and its partner carriers and are not guaranteed by AP9 Engineering. Delays may occur during peak periods, strikes, or due to customs processing.
5. Tracking your order
When your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email from us (and typically a separate notification from Omniva) with a tracking number and a link to follow the parcel’s progress.
For Omniva parcel machines, you will also receive a pickup code by SMS or email when the parcel arrives at the machine. Parcels stay in the machine for 7 days before being returned.
6. Customers outside the EU — customs duties and import taxes
Goods shipped to countries outside the European Union — including the United Kingdom, the United States, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, and others — are sold on DAP (Delivered at Place, Incoterms 2020) terms.
This means:
- The price you pay at checkout covers the goods and shipping.
- It does not include import duties, import VAT, customs clearance fees, or any other taxes charged by the destination country.
- These charges, if any, are payable by the recipient to the local customs authority or carrier upon delivery.
- For US customers in particular, please note that the de minimis exemption for low-value shipments from the EU no longer applies, and import duties may be charged on any order.
We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering if you want to estimate these costs.
7. Incorrect address or failed delivery
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong, the recipient was not available, or the parcel was not picked up from an Omniva machine within the holding period, we will contact you and offer to re-ship the order against payment of a new shipping fee.
8. Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or if tracking shows it as delivered but you have not received it, contact us at info@ap9engineering.com as soon as possible (and in any case within a reasonable time). Where possible, keep the original packaging and any photos — they help us investigate with Omniva.

9. Returns and withdrawal
